In 2018, alongside the Head of Talent at SymphonyAI, we built out their executive team, and placed C-level and VP positions -- including the CEO, CFO, VP of Product, Director of Marketing, and SVP of Sales.

CastiaRx is a leader in specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management. In 2018, we partnered with the CastiaRx team to help them build a new account management team in the PBM space, hiring 6 Account Managers over the course of 8 weeks. We then assisted with the on-boarding process, as well as created and presented industry-specific training to bring the new account managers up-to-speed. The total for the recruiting, training, and on-boarding of the entire account management team was just under $80,000, while a traditional search firm would have charged at least 30% of each position’s salary.
